Matching your skills and experience
The Job Description for each role serves to outline the tasks and responsibilities associated with the position. It provides a clear picture of what is expected from the role holder in the execution of their duties.
The Person Specification, which is included in the Job Advert, describes the necessary and preferred criteria in terms of knowledge, skills, experience, and personal attributes needed to perform the job effectively.
These criteria play a crucial role in the shortlisting process and form the foundation for the interview questions. When applying, it’s crucial that you demonstrate how you meet the necessary and preferred criteria, providing examples where possible. Applicants will be evaluated based on these criteria, and those with the highest scores will be shortlisted for interviews.
Application Form
You will be required to complete a Microsoft form capturing your details, employment history and how you meet the requirements of the role. We do not accept CVs.
Before submitting your application form online, please ensure that you take time to read through the form to check for any errors or omissions. To avoid technical issues, think about ensuring that you have a good Wi-fi connection and that your device is fully charged. For longer sections of text, you may decide to copy and paste from a saved word document in the event of any technical problems. You will not be able to make any changes once the form has been submitted using the Submit button.
The information supplied on your application will be used as part of the shortlisting process. We would like to hear about how your experience and skills suit the vacancy as well as how your values align with ours. Please use this as an opportunity to showcase how you will complement our team and bring your unique mix of talent and potential to our team.
If you experience any problems with your application or have any queries, please contact the HR Manager by emailing hr@triangleconsulting.co.uk as soon as possible.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK or have limited leave to remain in the UK and associated right to work for the duration of their employment.
We look forward to receiving your application and thank you for the interest.
