Alison joined Triangle in February 2024 as training and implementation lead for Northern Ireland and Ireland. Alison has a background in training and communication and has had the opportunity of working on various projects across the voluntary, private and statutory sectors.

Alison has a passion for learning and development and feels privileged to have been developing and delivering training to a wide variety of audiences across her career on topics such as substance misuse, community safety, domestic abuse and mental health.

Alison first used the Outcomes Star while coordinating a youth development project in 2014 and has been an advocate of it ever since. In her spare time Alison can be found in the gym and hanging out with family and friends.
