Jim joined Triangle in December 2020, covering Scotland. A former police officer, he has experience of working across a number of operational and support roles, including training. Following retirement, he worked with a national Community Justice charity monitoring quality and performance, which included being an Outcomes Star Licensed Trainer and overseeing the use of the Star within the organisation. An avid golfer, weather permitting, he can be regularly found on his local course.
