Karen joined Triangle in 2022 as an Implementation Lead covering the North West of England and North Wales. She first started using the Outcomes Star as a practitioner in 2008 and has championed it ever since, implementing the use of the Family Star within a nationwide project. Her previous roles have all been within the voluntary sector, most recently specialising in quality assurance and good governance. Karen is super proud to be a trustee of a local family support charity and is passionate about social justice for all. Outside of work, Karen tends to her allotment and small child, occasionally squeezing in some training for the day she runs a marathon.
