To support licensed Star users we have a team of experts to give guidance and advice on how to get the most from the Outcomes Star.

Our Implementation Team is made up of talented people from various sectors who have a great understanding of the Outcomes star and how to implement it within a service. Between them they have years of experience helping organisations implement the star. That wealth of knowledge has meant we have made a toolkit of resources and a programme of webinars to continuously share our learning.

You will notice that the Outcomes Star has multiple benefits and is more than just a tool to measure change (link to what is OS page) We know that training your staff is crucial but the implementation is a project that requires attention from all stakeholders. It takes time to be embedded throughout your processes.

To support your implementation they will take you through the journey of using an Outcomes Star from planning to getting going and beyond. They deliver training and provide bespoke support to commissioners, managers, data analysts, and frontline practitioners. Although we charge for training, the support from our team is included in the licence price so if you need support with your project or have Star data you want to make sense of.
