A useful introductory session for all practitioners and managers using or about to use Star Online.

What will it cover?
The session will cover the main tasks practitioners do – creating, finding and managing records, adding Stars and Action Plans and navigating the Help Centre.

This 1-hour session is delivered by the Star Online Team and there is opportunity to ask questions throughout and information on how to access follow up support.

Who is this introduction for?

Ideal for managers and anyone responsible for reporting on Outcomes Star data.

What will it cover?

The webinar will show you how to use the report filters to create engaging charts that can be included in any report or funding bid. The webinar will discuss what the reports can tell you about how Stars are being used in a service, the needs of the people being supported and the progress they make. The session lasts an hour, is delivered on Microsoft Teams and includes opportunities throughout to ask questions.

Who is this for?

This session is ideal for managers and anyone responsible for implementing the Outcomes Star in their organisation.  It does assume participants have a working knowledge of the Star so is ideal post core training.

What will it cover?

This interactive workshop will focus on how to get the most out of the Star once core training has been completed in your organisation. It covers key areas in which to consider implementation and We’ll share ideas about what best Star practice looks like and how to keep momentum going after the initial rollout.

Who is this session for?

Anyone interested in ensuring you are making the most of your Star data including understanding the basics of getting good Star data, and then ways of using it most effectively. The session does assume participants have a working knowledge of the Star.

This is an interactive, introductory session on how to use Star data to its fullest potential, to help organisations consider how it can be best used.

During the session we will explore:

  • Ways to use Star data for learning, improvement and evidencing outcomes Where to start with your Star data
  • Top tips and examples for using data and demonstrating impact
  • How to get support with Star data
